Just getting started with this, Browns didn't have any super thick ones so I bought what they had cut. Cracked Pepper, Rosemary, and Kosher Salt rubbed with Olive Oil...
Oven pre-heating for 400, going for 15 min then flip and another 15 and kiss them with the broiler for a bit... Stand by... |
