Default Pork meatball stew

Another easy one,6 pork meatballs stuffed with onion.garlic and bellpepper,melted down a little roux added the meatballs and cooked slow while I cut the grass,momma-c cooked the rice and cut the cucumbers and the rest is history.

That is what I had last night! Little siss cooked and was perfect meal after a hard day in the heat building fences...

Moving to the country was a great idea until I realized all the work I need to do and all the fishing time I am missing hopefully I will get caught up soon and be back on the water.
