Yesterday afternoon I got to thinking about BBQ'd chicken today so I went and picked up a cut up chicken, seasoned it simply with sea salt, black pepper and a lil cayenne pepper. It's right now on the Primo Jr slow cooking and will be sauced when the time comes to caramelize on the chicken. Corn on the cob, oven fries and biscuits will complete the meal with icy cold sweet tea. I'm almost drooling here with the fantastic smells wafting all around the house outside and even inside when the door is opened and closed.

Time to eat! I seasoned the fries with some Juneau's Cracklin Seasoning and they were spicy delicious!
