Closed out another great month of fishing in July. Well over 1200 trout were caught for the month and over 300 reds in just the past 2 weeks. I would like to thank our customers the past 2 weeks including Johnny Manina & crew,Robert Hinson & crew,Cory Must and his dad, Shannon Pitre,Steve Jackson & crew,Mack Thomassee & crew,Jack Smith & crew,David Dunn,Jack Shelby,Clayton Breaux/Seacor, Ron Bartels,Blake Charles and crew,Shannon Lemoine,Scott Barrilleaux,Arthur Blount,Kenny Henry,Mike Arp,Tellus/Bryan Arceneaux,Reed Barbier & crew, Jerry Leblanc,Curtis Womack and Charles Butler. As we move into the month of August we'll continue to catch trout and eventually switch over to redfish by the end of the month. Bull reds are spawning all along the barrier islands right now with massive schools of fish being seen every morning. Best times to fish for them is daybreak to about 8:30 AM.
