Default Prien this past week
Stayed north this past week and dodged the trout chasers on the main lake. Just what the doctor ordered! Limits of redfish and a few trout and flounder to sweeten the box. Didn't catch any bragging size trout but definitely caught enough to hit the grease. Fish were caught on sparkle beetles and (dare I say it) live pogeys. My GF out fished me with the live bait on one of the evening trips. Had a great time on the water with good friends and already looking forward to my next days off from offshore.

No we were not, but did see the flotilla of yaks on mon evening. Some of the yaks did not have a running light. Granted they were in a group, please please please if you are in a yak past sundown GET A LIGHT!
