This is a news story of a guy that was creeping around his neighborhood dressed like a nin ja. Not because he was up to no good, but because he was helping to fight crime. I cant help but think of the redneck ningee. Ningee chops and ningee stars!

Watch when they are interviewing the toothless lady, "First he ningee ran across the alley, then he ningee ran down the alley..." classic...
