Redfish Party On The DU!

A great morning of fishing in the Sportsmans Paradise! We jumped all over the reds at our first & second stops today as it didn't take long to find the bronzebacks. Kevin Ford and Mrs Sharon Alford of the Houma Tourist Commission joined me for a great morning on the DU! Kevin & Sharon really put the hurt on the reds with plenty of 27 inch fish. Most were released but we did keep a nice mess(16-25 in.) for Sharon to bring home. I never saw a woman get so excited when those line stripping big reds were on her line! Of course you can see it in the near future for yourself on the Sportsmans Channel (Louisiana Outdoor Adventures) We really had a grand time today hooking up with 25-30 reds before 10:00AM. Big thanks to Capt Josh Ellender for helping out with the second boat with Jeff Johnson and crew on Day 1. They whacked the reds too as everyone enjoyed doing the DU! Good luck fishing.
