the patterns have been way off this year... they should start following the shad up into the bays and creeks shortly. You fishing north, mid, or south?? no specifics. but it makes a difference.

Those YMs are the tits!! I broke off on a fish once and 5 minutes later the bait with about 15 ft of line popped up about 20 yards down from me.... needless to say my cussing probly scared the fish into letting the bait go. lol.

1oz. grass was anywhere from 5-12ft. prolly could of used a half ounce to let if fall a little slower.

I'm gonna guess the cold front passed over there Friday night. Fish always bite good before a front but once it passes they qauit for a couple days. The front didn't get east over here till Sunday but yall being west get it first. That was prolly the Friday night rain ya mentioned. Aint nothing like a front passin to give 'em da lock jaw.

Lol, Das why they call it fishin'. I love trying to second guess them but seldom get it right. That's the fun of it for me. The weather is wonderful today in the low 70's and ya can feel the humidity gone. First real Fall day.
