Default Wild game throw-down

My cousin came over to cook a deer roast for the game. When he showed up this morning I decided to take out some old trash duck from the end of last year and turn it into a wild game throw-down. He had deer roast and sausage in a gravy that smelled out of this world. I put some scaup, with accompanying gizzards, on the pit to get a good smoke to them and then finished it in a fresh brewed coffee gravy with carrots, mushrooms, and onions. Wanted to try something different and decided to go for broke. It came out actually really good. The throwdown was a toss up because that roast was freaking amazing.
