boat trailer registration

i just bought a used boat from another private citizen, i have the trailer title, how do you register it? Do i just need a copy of the bill of sale to send to dmv? thanks

You will need a bill of sale. If the title is not ancient, you should have a bill of sale on the back of it. Should be notarized also
