Default Redfish and pasta

While at the camp for Thanksgiving, took my son and cousins redfishing. Not a bad day on the water!photo (26).jpg

Once we got back to town, i was ready for some fish and nobody else was. A man has to do what a man has to do!

I grabed a couple filets and pan fried with a creole seasoning in butter and oilve oil. Once they were done, i took fresh veggies and sauted down. Once they were about ready, i took my cooked noodles and added them to the pot and added a little soy.

Not much left after that....everybody wanted fish....HAHAphoto (14).jpg

Enjoy!

Looks damn good. I might have to give that a try with some fish I have in the freezer.
