Alexandria rentals?

Hey guys, just accepted a travel nurse position at rapides medical center. Start feb. 3. Will be looking for a place to rent that's fairly close if anyone has any leads or contacts. Contract is for 3 months with possible extension to 6 months. Anyone know of a good place to rent? Even maybe a camp someone isn't using in the off season that they'd like to rent and not have to deal with the upkeep for a few months. Thanks in advance for any help

Alexandria is an inner city ghetto for the most part, you should have plenty of stories to tell during/after yo hitch there.

Place isn't that big so my choice would be Pineville.

Country. 30 min if the place is right. 20 would be nicer but just depends on how much we like the place.

X2 on Pineville. Its just across the river from Rapides Regional. The area right around the hospital isnt bad but you dont have to travel far to be in crack town. I live out close to Gardner. Its about 20 minutes out of town. Its not a bad drive in with the new 4 lane hwy. I'll keep my eyes and ears open if that drive doesnt sound bad to you.

I'm alexandria I would look I the Charles park good earth areas. There are some rent signs up in my neighborhood I will get the numbers and post them here. I will also check and see with friends with property if they have any availible.
