Default Smokin leg quarters

Through some chicken thighs on the smoker today tried out the mc cormic sweet an smokey rub. Came out pretty good. Id use it again.

since chicken leg quarters are the only meat at the store less than a doller a lb we cook lots of them. It helps that they our favorite parts anyways. Those look great.

Me to man I can't tell you the last time I used chciken breast for anything. I don't care for whit meat.
