Default Joseph's Harbor ramp open?

Heard awhile back that the ramps were being worked on again. Anyone know for sure if they are finished working on them? Planning on going there next week.

made a run on Wed/Thurs. Plenty crabs, but size was somewhat lacking which meant some serious culling. After action report reveals that they were med. full except the small ones which were really full.

5/7/14 Report: both East and West side still open. Lots of crabs/ almost zero fish bite.
