You better believe every charter boat will have a few honey holes just outside the lines and will stop and load up there snapper and haul it to state waters

How much would the fine be if you get caught with snapper 3 to 9 mile offshore from fourchon? Is it per fish?

Went out a couple weeks ago and the snapper were coming up to the surface. Following our jigs up. Tons of em. No doubt we could have sunk da boat with em had we wanted too.

I bet the revanu is guna go up as most think it's 360 and was on news in paper etc. but it's intrapment if it's true.

Man what a scam if so I bet they nab quite a few guys.

What happend to research and who filled quota ?

Just pisses me off they do this kind of thing.
