Default Sear, shred, wrap ...

650 degree sear, 40 mins each side . Move roast to pan and foil up tight for another 4 hrs at 300 degrees ...

Bring inside and let it set for 30 mins still foiled up, then uncover and its on !!!

I'm really enjoying the Egg ... Garfunkle chicken was off the hook, we have done many varieties after the first one ... Wont cook chicken any other way but whole and "flattened" out ...

Have a good beak !

Cut the back out of a whole chicken, season up with lots of olive oil and herbs, flatten out like a pancake ... Good stuff
