Are you erecting the building and pouring slab yourself?

i have seen a mitchell building out of singer. it appeared to be quality work. but of course with any project check them out. all pole barn companies sub out the labor so i would let them know you expect their best crew up front. most of the subs of any trade do good work but there are a usually a couple that do excellent work and management knows who they are.

I just finished my Mueller 30x40 and I am very happy with it! They also beat everyone else's price by a longshot.

I ended up going with Mitchell, they are having a special right now and they worked out a deal for me on a 30x60, So far everything looks great, All I have left to do is call them to come pour the slab. I'll post some pics in a bit.

We used reeds metals for our 20x20. All I paid was 1800 for materials and 700 for labor, they took twice as long as they originally said, rutted up my yard, lost my payment information and tried to tell me I never paid for the labor. The work was quality, they had to do some elaborate work to tie into existing roof area of the home that was an addition which made the job tricky. They failed to complete the job to my specific requests, came back and made it right without any further charges... All in all... They did quality work, but their customer service and organization skills were lacking... My parents also used them for a huge shop at their new home which they had a nightmare even getting reeds to show up.... Yet, they do some of the best work in SWLA since there isn't much competition... All in all... I'd probably use them again

Went from a dirt pad to this in two and a half days...with setbacks. These guys were quick and did a pretty good job of cleaning up their mess. We decided to leave a panel off for the cement pour instead of pushing cement the full length of the building. I may have them take another panel off near the door so I don't have to use a pump truck.
Rollup door and walk-in door hardware will be installed after concrete is poured. As of right now I would definitely use them again. A friend of mine built a 30 x 50 and his looks great too. |

I still have to build up the driveway to the shop and do some more dirt work on the inclines for the doors
