Default 6/6 $$$$ Trout/Reds

We had the pleasure of Fishing with Capt. J Adams in a little friends only Tournament Friday and Saturday. Friday was a good day as we found them right off the Bat. We were looking for Quality, not quantity. We had 6 Trout in the 5# range on our first stop, a 4#, and a few dinks by 9:00. Then we headed out looking for some good slot Red's and found them pretty quick. All but a couple were in the 25"-27" range, which was perfect for the Red/slam category. We got the lone Flounder we were looking for later.
Saturday was a different story. We headed out at 5:30 knowing the Lake was gonna be crazy with the shootout going on. Well there was 3 Boats on our spot when we got there. We wound up chasing Jackdaddy Reds since the Trout bite was nonexistent. It was a great 2 days of Fishing with 2 good friends, and a great Guide ! If you ever get the opportunity to Fish with Jared, don't pass it up !
Team " The Reef" stood tall at the podium. 1st- Trout, 2nd Red, 1st Slam, 1st Big Trout Calcutta.

If you have interest in our club, we are accepting applications.
We do have a few rules ( if I can find the list) that you must comply with.

Actually, I am already a secret member. You were probably side ways when the vote was taken.

Nice LSU rod there by the way.

It was saved from the depths of Big Lake by a nimble dive from Capt J's boat which scored all "10's" from the surrounding boats.
