West Fork

Hello men...im new to the west fork scene and was wondering how the conditions of the river are and where the best spot to launch is? I normally put in at white oak and fish the calc but wanted to venture out a lil!

West fork and Houston river are chocolate right now. I launch either at Anthony ferry or saltwater barrier.

Thanks for the info! Thought it might have cleaned up a lil but we did get quit a bit of rain! Guess I will just give it a shot....cant catch em at home!

I fished calcasieu, west fork and Houston rivers this weekend. Calcasieu looked the best and produced the best.
