7/16/15 Solid trout haul

Zach, Joey, and Russell joined me on the Bluewave this morning. A stiff west wind made for a bumpy ride south and for some dirty water. Looks to be some River water working east. Water is still fishable and there are pockets of green water but fish were in clean and dirty water today so I'd say fish your spot but don't stay too long if you're not catching. We caught most of our trout today on Avocado and Ultraviolet Matrix throwing them up current and just keeping the line tight as the baits drifted in the tide. Wait for the trout to smack the bait and set the hook. The trout were solid in size today which made for a great box.
