Default Praying for Brianna fundraiser lunch...

One of my 7 yr old son's classmates is currently receiving treatment at St. Jude's and, my wife put me to work making a "few" plates. Here's some of the carnage. Not shown is the 160 lbs of leg quarters that I did the morning of the event nor the 6 gallons of baked beans...
23 briskets in total that started at 5 am Thursday morning and, came off at 12:30 am Friday morning. I was back up at 4 am Friday to start the 160 lbs of leg quarters and, baked beans. We did 21 dozen smoked eggs to make potato salad that included 100# of potatoes. I never want to peel another egg!!!!

In total, we raised $2800(after expenses) for the family after filling 436 orders. We could have sold 200 more plates, if we had the materials!

This is the amazing group of people, some whom don't even know who this young girl is, that came together in my collision center to help them out! My sense of pride could not be any higher when I see this video. My community is an awesome community!!!!

Sadly, I wasn't even here for this part as I was still trying to wrap up offsite.
