I use power pro and chunking a she dog trying to reach a redfish. That puppy buried up tight. Just grab another rod and carry on lol.

Lol, must be a very smooth reel. Judging from the quantity of the overspill assuming that's 10lb mono.
When I was a kid I liked to use 8lb mono because I could cast farther; the downside was epic backlashes. My grandpa told me I used so much fishing line he was buying stock in DuPont. |

I am lucky to getaway with only a backlash. When I get excited and start casting it can be violent. If I come into contact with a pole behind me its more than likely gonna snap. I am careful if there's a person but I forget all about the poles. The top that came with my boat caught hell until I took it off.
