Just a big thanks to a really nice guy. Shawn and I started talking about his dog on SC and I told him we weren't killing anything at our blind in Cheneyville. Shawn offered to take me to his place in Johnson Bayou and I gladly accepted. We didn't get any ducks this morning, but that's huntin.

When SC started up I was hoping it would be a forum where we could meet new friends, share some info and have a good time without all the bickering that you see on other sites and that is what it has turned out to be.

Thanks again Shawn for the hunt.

By the way, I've got about 40,000 snows and specks up in Cheneyville that need killin but I don't have the speck calling ability and don't have the snow goose decoys.....anybody have snow decoys and need a place to hunt?

Dan. I have some rags and a electronic caller plus I can call specks and know of at least 5 guns I can get to come with me. I've been wanting a good goose trip. I think you still have my number but just let me know

If you got the specs at your place, old Duckaholic and Ducktricster can put the hurting on the calling! I mean put em' in your lap spec calling. I, of course, would be along with the army of full body motion spec decoys!!!!!!!!

Sounds good. You are more than welcome. Nobody in my blind can call specks, though I would like to learn the proper sequence. If I don't have your number I will let you know. We are probably looking at a few weeks out for the snows and maybe in a couple of weeks for some specks (I've got Army reserve duty next weekend).
