FYI.... my oranges usually are ready to eat by mid to late November. I would say the oranges hit there "peek" flavor by early Dec. and start loosing quality by the end of Dec.

Mine are just starting to turn. The peeling will start getting dark lines when ready.

The peels will start to turn reddish. We don't use our blood oranges till February-April. We have about a 15 year old tree

Our navels all fell off we peeled much as we could whirred em in the food processor. amde orange jam out of them. Sadly we lost all our lemons. They froze through and through and turned to mush. This happens every 4 or 5 years.
