Dance Trout and Speck Slam

Finally getting out to fish a bit, making up for lost time. Guess I am glad to have a job, but needed to take vacation to get some FEESH!

Been working Dulac, for the specks and reds, they are thick and bite is solid, but most importantly spending time with my kid and Good Friend.

Most fish are near moving water in 2~3 foot on mud flats with shell. Narrow canal leading from big lake with some 5 foot of water has also done well. Matrix shad mid night mullet, ultra violet and glow have been the ticket. The reds are not picky at all and eating anything you can put in front of them. We mainly site fish them from a tower, that is a total rush.

Fausse Point gave of the catfish today on some jugs. They WILL hit the peanut oil today!!!!

SO we off to tear up the fish again this week as I am off for one more week and hopefully more pics to come.

Merry Christmas.
