Wanted to give a shout out to my home town of Rayne! I tried some boudin, smoked boudin, and a boudin roll with steen's syrup a few days ago and they were all very good! The smoked boudin is my favorite. If your ever passing through on i10 stop by and try them out.

All their boudin is very good. However, I an not a fan of the syrup one....too sweet of a taste for me.

Nice to have a specialty meat store, with really good items, close to home.


For you guys passing on I-10, it's a stones throw to the south on the right on the Boulevard.

That place is good and the owner kevin is a friend of mine who does excellent deer processing. he's been doing my deer for a few years and i've always been satisfied.
