Had some pretty good BBQ shrimp so figured redfish would kick too. Took half stick butter , couple shot worchestershire , Tbl. river road BBQ seasoning , pinch cayenne , couple tbl. olive oil lil shallot . Brought up to high heat and shut down for half hour to cool and blend . Back up to heat and put in red . Yea it good.........
