How many use stocking foot waders? Pros or cons? Gonna get another pair for wading and looking for help.

you talking about wading socks? like the neoprene socks? if so I use them and love em. if you have a small leak and you dont know about it, you dont walk around with wet feet all day. they a must have to me.

Stocking foot waders are good if you don't have alot of oysters and other stuff that can cut into your waders. You can wear tennis shoes or wading boots w/ them . If you know that the area you will be wading has trash or shells you may want to invest in boot foot waders.

oh ok. I had some of those before. just like eman said though. you can wear shoes over em but really itd just be easier to get em with the boots built in

I wear stockin' foot with a $20 pair of wading boots. Make sure to get a couple sizes larger than your normal shoe size.
