It'll never pass...he doesn't have the pull or the balls...he needs to focus on something substantial like world hunger, not jacking the rods and reels out of simple country folks hands that are keeping to themselves not doing any harm...he keeps this crap up, he's gonna open a big arse can of worms he ain't gonna be able to close...
