Default Big Lake this morning

Got a late start this morning due to be tired from working nights and fishing so much, but i ended the morning with 5 decent trout and missing just as many......damn the luck

Note to self: Make sure your string is not wrapped around one of the eyes on your rod before chunking a $8 bait across the lake!!!!!!!!

I agree with evis102, had the same problem with braid, fixed it with mono.

Glad to see things picking up!!!!!!!!

Ever got in hurry cause you're on fish, helping everone in the boat that's slinging fish in while tieing a bait on & toss it the over the side to reel up the slack & realize you did get past the part of running the line through the eye? I have!!!!! On more than one occasion!

"The hurrier I go the behinder I get"!!!!!!
