Default Sunday Evenings

"When" I'm not working this is how we spend our Sunday evenings at the camp. Usually 400-500 clays & 400-500 rounds unless the boys get into their "trick shooting" moods, They watch to much of Tom Knapp!

Just purchased a oscillating base for the thrower! Ready to get it hooked up!

This was last Sunday evening 4/11

For nosey arse Jordan....That would be the "backwards kid" Mom.

Yes! A freaking blast! Usually the last stack of clays (50) we'll get a person on each side of the thrower & see who can shoot the clay 1st! Lot of poking fun at each other when ya miss!

Fun Game: Line everyone up next to each other and shoot in order, if 1st person misses and the next person hits it...you are out. If the next person hits a piece of the of the broken clay the person and everyone that shot before is out. It can be really fun. I have seen 4 people playing and 3 people miss and the last brakes and wins with one shot. It goes pretty quick so no one is sitting out and watching for to long.

Its hard to explain but thats the best i can do.......enjoy

I got it........We can have some fun with that....Those boys of mine can come up with some stuff! Picture of the one shooting from the chair, he calls that his dove huntin postion. He was throwing 2 clays by hand & hollering pull at the same time! He got all 3 a couple of times! They started the shooting with shotgun upside down....To much watching Tom Knapp! That crap is hard! They started getting the hang of it & hit a few like that. I'll have to bring the video for when they get in the "Tom Knapp" mode!

I forgot to mention for that game you rotate 1st shooter after each series of shots so you dont have to be 1st everytime.....pretty much you go from 1st to last.

If the first person is good enough he can shoot really quick and dust the clay so the next person doesn't have a chance to hit a piece

we hand throw them.... put someone out in front of ya about 10 or 15 steps and we throw skeet from behind.... makes it interesting cause ya dont know where it will be coming from.... we also shoot skeet in the woods.... its hard to navigate between trees for them wood ducks !!!

Jordan.........here's that shotgun I was telling about that I bought on clearance for around $350.....sweet shooting little gun. Very light w/ very light recoil even with Heavy loads. Polished aluminum receiver & forarm cap, beautiful walnut stock & forarm, chrome lined barrel w/ interchangable chokes. Will be able to give reviews, it will be shot intensely!!!!! Already has had bout 800 rounds through it.
