Default bowfishing bill has been pulled......

The Senator that introduced the bowfishing ban bill pulled it before it got to the floor today

I wonder how much $ he made under the table for something he knew would stir some controversy? I'm glad it was pulled, I'm gonna keep my bow and rig it up.

This isn't the last we'll hear about it. They'll prolly just do like they do with everything else...slide it in under the radar attached to another bill so it doesn't get so much publicity.

I may get refiled in a week or 2.......hoping the "opposition" is caught off guard.

Here is a link, if you want to check what is going on in Baton Rouge.

You can watch and lessen to the meeting also. Sometimes it is really interesting.....and sad to hear what some of "our" [or "there"] elected officials are thinking.

HB 879 .......to allow "adjustments" to hunting and fishing fees, is on the schedule to be heard this afternoon.
