I have seen several reports of people catching good at Rockefeller......but the crabs are mostly "medium" size.

Yes. Hit shallow water. I know of people catching on private property just South of Lambert weirs. They are on the inside of a saltwater/freshwater levee. They said the crabs are bigger on the freshwater side of the culverts.
