As long as no one was hurt, I would not sweat it. Trucks can be replaced, people can't and the tractor has Good Surance. Word to the wise, let them make a settlement before you go and give an ambulance chaser 40% of that settlement. Do your homework on the value of your truck and the cost of a replacement and don't try to retire on what you think they owe you.
