As long as no one was hurt, I would not sweat it. Trucks can be replaced, people can't and the tractor has Good Surance. Word to the wise, let them make a settlement before you go and give an ambulance chaser 40% of that settlement. Do your homework on the value of your truck and the cost of a replacement and don't try to retire on what you think they owe you. Kudos for offering your assistance. This can be an overwhelming experience if a person does not have someone on the side to ask for guideance besides the 40% legal hounds....
