need some help on lighting

I do not recomend can lights,
I have installed them in cathedral celings and also have charged $65 an hr to change the bulbs in them
I would recomend building a shelf all the way around the room at ceiling height
and lining it w/ 4 and 8 foot flourescents pointing upwards.
Or hang the lights from rods at a level where you can change the bulbs.
