I'd waited on backup too, I think. Who knows what ol boy was high on!

Knew a guy in high school who ran his truck into my friend's house while high on PCP. While 4 officers tried to subdue him with everything but their pistols, the guy was singing a Bob Dylan tune! My friend said they had him contorted in every way not comfortable and it still took several minutes to subdue him!
