Also we had a stick with ldwf becausethey needed a bill of sale..notarized...title wasn't good enough

I'm going through this right now, Pre 2009 boats don't have titles your bill of sale is your title pretty much, got to go to LDWF when I get in and try to get this ish strait.

They won't let you do an act of donation no mo I don't think
