Ain't nothing like browning some teal in a black pot and makin a nice gravy. Looks awesome! My favorite thing to do now is make a gravy with the leg quarters of a specklebelly. If you cook it right that is some fine eating

x2 i always keep the leg quarters on all my ducks/geese and make gravy with that. Yummy!
