I went about 3 weeks ago. Red crawfish crank baits made by rebel were outfishing me 8 to 1. I was using a black rebel crawfish crank. Color makes a difference. Sacs will be on next month. All this fresh water has the fish going stir crazy. Weather is playing a big factor as well as the moon phase. Cant go wrong beating the banks with a white spinner bait or chatter bait. Been hearing alot of word around town that people are tightlining live shiners about 10-18' down above brush and pulling in bass, sacs, and cats. Might can give that a try. I fish vernon alot with my buddy. If ya need any help or any tips, let me know.
