We caught the most fish beginning at about 4:00 PM and they quit biting at around 8:00 PM.
According to the river stage at Chicot Pass (out of Myette Point in the main channel) the tide was falling at that time. I think the tide in the Basin at these low river stages has an effect on when the fish are biting. That's just a theory.
