download and install firefox or chrome.... try and run the same video's from them... if they run and you hear sound fine then you know its an issue with IE and you can go from there. If not then its certainly an issue with your video drivers.. you will need to identify what vid card is in your system (post up your computer model number, make etc) and i can find a good driver for you to download and install.

Mac or Microsoft? I deal with both but more familiar with Microsoft because of the market. I have to say Mac is the way to go though...
