I had heard that toyota is supposed to be coming out with a 3/4 ton with a cat diesel in 2010. Havent heard much about it lately though. Its good to hear some of yalls thoughts on these different engines. I will probably be in the market here shortly for a good older used diesel. Preferebly 1 ton or more dually to pull my gooseneck. It seems I keep getting bigger,heavier pieces of equipment for my business. Then I need a bigger trailer to haul them, then I need a bigger truck to pull them. Lol Its a vicious cycle. RIght now Im using my dads old 96 dodge with the v-10. Pulling a load,Im getting about 4.5 miles to the gallon.
