Cast nets come in diff hole sizes & weights.
Consider this also. How deep will u need it to sink & what size bait are u going after. Maybe get a few diff kinda to cover all the possibilities... I threw just for shrimp in 5-10 ft water. I had a 1/4" hole . Can't remember weight.
