Default Big Happy Burgers

3lbs of fresh ground beef. Dont skimp on the fat if ya want a good patty. 20/25% is what I like. Its also a lil cheaper . Salt, pepper, greek seasoning, worshtorshire, and finely diced onion. Patties worked out to be 8.5ozs each. Sliced bacon and a thick slice of pepper jack cheese

Oven fried basil, parsley, orargeno fries with just a dab of butter. A 1/4 lb is a dab right?lol. Bake at 425 till they are done then broil em until they brown to your liking.

You can put bacon and pepper jack cheese on styrofoam and I would eat it! O and I believe a 1/4 lb of butter would be considered a dollop!

Hey, we did Juicy Lucy's at my house one night .Kind of like this guy.

My burger ended up weighing about 1 lb after it was cooked. I didn't regain conscientiousness for about 2 hours after the "event".
