Gotta keep tuna meat COLD COLD and dry. Don't want the water to saturate into the meat and wash off all of the oils in the meat. That is what gives it it's goodness!

Good to know! I'm guessing they pack it for you after cleaning? And I have some good bibs for bass fishing I'll be bringing meaux. How much meat can I expect to have? Like buy a small deep freezer for da house before I go type of haul? I know it depends on how we do, but just in case we do well.
