if you want a great brisket, go to Bi-Lo in new iberia, they have brisket cooked and sliced with gravy, all you have to do is heat it up and cook some rice. its pretty inexpensive, my wife and I get the 8-10 person brisket and its 25 dollars and like i said all you do is heat it up or they will even heat it up for you if you ask and its delicious
