Default Bang Bang Shrimp

Made some bang bang shrimp tacos for the wife. It's actually easy to cook.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
a few drops of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Mix the above to make the sauce.
1 pound of shelled and deveined shrimp
Dry cornstarch to coat the shrimp in
Deep fat fry the shrimp until lighty brown.
Drain on paper towel, put in a bowl and coat with
the sauce.

We put them on flour tortillas with lettuce and fresh pico. Forgot to take pic of the tacos.... Couldn't wait to jump in it. Talk about good stuff. I'm sure the sauce would be killer on fish also.

Thanks for this! Bang bang shrimp is usually the only reason I go to bonefish.

do you put the sauce on the shrimp before coating in cornstarch or only after it is fried?

Sounds like the sauce is applied in a bowl after the shrimp are fried and drained on paper towels.
