I have been cooking roast, blackstrap, and ground meat from 09 that was vacuumed sealed and it's good.

Wrap bacon and stuff with cram cheese and jalapenos and marinate with wooshishire and tonys and put dat on da pit....

I do the same thing but marinate with italian dressing and cajun power garlic sauce.....talk about some good stuff

Hard to believe it wouldn't be freezer burned. I probably wouldn't eat it myself. That is almost three years in the freezer.

I have been eating some for months from 09. Some of it had a ill freezer burn but just trimmed it and got down! My friend cleaned out his freezer and hooked me up.

Defrosted it and looks good....don't see any freezer burnt areas , but I wrapped it good when I put it up

You should just eat some flank steak if you frying it, put dat sheet on da pit, guess im gonna have to show you a thing or two.....grease=waste of time
