The sausage looks great and the smoker is awesome. Store bought or home made?? What ya firing it with?? gas chips charcoal?? Inquiring Cappys wana know??

Looks good! I had some made with deer and wild hog we harvested last season , add some ribeye fat to it and came out pretty good!
